OBJECTIVE: To investigate the radioactive excess of personnel coming in from Japan and analyze the factors that have contributed to the proliferation after Japan’s nuclear leakage, the extent of its impact on the environment, and its potential damage to the population. Methods On-site epidemiological investigation, meteorological epidemiological analysis, radiation damage diagnosis and radiation pollution treatment were conducted on entry-exceeded radioactive personnel. Results 2 radioactive over-standard personnel by a dedicated radiation protection shampoo, shower gel body shower decontamination, body surface recovery was normal, no impact on the surrounding population and the environment, including 1 staff thyroid gland area and the anterior thymus gamma ray value Still up to 4μsv / h, need to take iodine tablets. Conclusion The incident of radioactive overcrowding caused by entry personnel was caused by the nuclear leak in Japan. Wuxi Airport Port detected nuclear contamination during routine inspection. After effective treatment, it did not constitute a hazard to the environment and the surrounding people, ensured the safety of border crossings and exit Personnel health and social stability.
