在国际金融危机的影响下,我国经济发展面临严重困难。如何应对挑战,转危为机,中央制定了“保增长,扩内需、调结构”的战略方针。本文试图从几方面联系入手,正确理解它们之间的辩证关系,谈一些粗浅的看法与认识。
Under the influence of the international financial crisis, China’s economic development is facing serious difficulties. How to deal with challenges and turn crises into opportunities, the central government has formulated the strategic principle of “maintaining growth, expanding domestic demand and adjusting structure.” This article tries to start from several aspects, correctly understand the dialectical relationship between them, and talk about some superficial opinions and understanding.
