改进高增压四冲程柴油机排气道的设计,为进一步提高发动机的经济性提供了一个切实可行的方法。已经证明,随着增压度的提高,减小排气损失越来越显得重要。将缸盖内的排气道设计为扩压形,可使发动机的油耗降低,在试验的单缸发动机上,油耗降低量达3.5%。由于本试验是在等压增压的边界条件下进行的,故其结果亦可适用于以同样的增压系统工作的多缸发动机。
Improving the design of the high-pressure four-stroke diesel engine exhaust duct provides a practical way to further improve the economy of the engine. It has been shown that it is more and more important to reduce the exhaust loss as the degree of supercharging increases. The design of the exhaust passage in the cylinder head as a diffuser allows for a reduction of the fuel consumption of the engine. In the tested single-cylinder engine, the fuel consumption is reduced by 3.5%. Since this test was carried out under isobaric pressure boundary conditions, the results are also applicable to multi-cylinder engines operating on the same pressurized system.
