化工机械(chemical machinery)是化学工业生产中所用的机器和设备的总称,随着化学工业的快速发展,化工机械设备在生产领域的应用也越来越广泛。然而,随着以人为本意识的逐步普及,人们的安全意识不断增强。由于安全事故不仅严重影响企业声誉,还会给企业各工作人员带来重大生命财产安全问题,因此安全生产是实现企业利益最大化和可持续发展的重要指导方针。化工机械事故相对于一般生产事故来说,由于其自身特性造成的破坏性更大、波及范围更广,本文将以造成化工机械事故的成因着手,全面分析控制化工机械事故的措施和意义。
