随着我国对公路建设投资力度的加大,公路工程基本建设出现了前所未有的高速发展。公路工程建设项目规模大、技术复杂、分工细、协作面广、机械化程度高,这不仅要求建设者们掌握相关的科学技术知识,而且要懂得科学管理。施工成本管理是公路工程项目管理的重要内容之一,本文阐述了成本的预测、计划、控制、分析、核算等内容,对公路工程成本管理作了探讨。
With the increase of investment in highway construction in our country, the capital construction of highway projects has witnessed an unprecedented rapid development. Large-scale highway project construction, complex technology, fine division of labor, a wide range of cooperation, a high degree of mechanization, which requires not only builders grasp the relevant scientific and technological knowledge, but also to understand scientific management. Construction cost management is one of the important contents of highway project management. This paper describes the cost forecasting, planning, control, analysis, accounting and so on, and discusses the cost management of highway engineering.
