中国集邮提出了走向集邮强国的目标。要成为集邮强国,应当有邮资票品发行的引人入胜,集邮活动的广泛开展,集邮群体规模的保持和扩大,各级邮展展品水平的提高,集邮研究领域的成果辈出,集邮文献出版的繁荣,集邮博物馆、文献馆的建立和完善,吸引青少年集邮爱好者并培养提高等多项目标。本文仅就集邮文献编辑出版工作中集邮文献索引的编制和完善进行探讨。索引被誉为打开知识宝库的钥匙,指引我们在知识海洋中航行的灯塔。特别是面对当今世界邮票发行膨胀,知识信息总量剧增的“大爆炸”,要想方便快捷地查找到所需文献,就离不开书目、文摘、索引,以及搜索引擎等网络文献检索工具。
China Philatelic put forward the goal of going to Philatelist. To be a philatelic strong country, there should be fascination with the issuance of postage stamps, the extensive conduct of philatelic activities, the maintenance and expansion of the scale of philatelic groups, the improvement of the level of postal exhibitions at all levels, the achievements in philatelic research and the prosperity of philatelic literature publication Museums, libraries and the establishment of literature and improve to attract young people stamp collecting enthusiasts and to raise and so on a number of goals. This article only discusses the compilation and perfection of philatelic literature index in philatelic literature editing and publishing work. The index is hailed as the key to unlocking a treasure trove of knowledge, a lighthouse that guides us in the sea of knowledge. Especially in the face of the “big bang” in the world when the distribution of stamps is swollen and the total amount of knowledge and information increases rapidly, it is impossible to find the required documents quickly and easily without the need of bibliographies, abstracts, indexes and web documents retrieval such as search engines tool.
