作者研究了55例急性、迁延性和慢性腹泻患儿的粪α1-抗胰蛋白酶(α1-AT)含量,年龄1~29个月。结果显示,迁延性腹泻及慢性腹泻组每克湿粪α1-AT含量分别为0.49±0.29mg、0.68±0.32mg均显著大于正常组0.27±0.25mg(P分别<0.05,0.01);急性腹泻组为0.36±0.27mg,与正常组比较无显著增加,但显著低于慢性腹泻组(P<0.05)。我们测定的每克湿粪α1-AT正常值<0.52mg。提示随着腹泻病程延长粪α1-AT量增加,迁延性及慢性腹泻时血浆蛋白经肠道丢失增加,表明迁延性、慢性腹泻是一种蛋白质丢失性肠病,应引起重视。
The authors studied the excretion of α1-antitrypsin (α1-AT) in 55 children with acute, persistent and chronic diarrhea aged 1 to 29 months. The results showed that the persimmon diarrhea and chronic diarrhea per gram of wet manure α1-AT content were 0.49 ± 0.29mg, 0.68 ± 0.32mg were significantly greater than the normal group 0.27 ± 0.25mg (P respectively <0.05, 0.01); acute diarrhea group was 0.36 ± 0.27mg, no significant increase compared with the normal group, but significantly lower than the chronic diarrhea group (P <0.05). We measured the normal value of α1-AT per gram of wet manure <0.52mg. Prompted with the duration of diarrhea faecal α1-AT increased, prolonged and chronic diarrhea, plasma proteins increased by intestinal loss, indicating that persistent, chronic diarrhea is a protein-losing enteropathy, should be taken seriously.
