基于创业认知理论,研究了资源可获得性认知通过创业导向影响企业成长绩效的作用路径。通过多元回归方法,对189个企业样本的实证研究发现,资源可获得性认知及创业导向都对企业成长绩效有显著正向影响;资源可获得性认知各维度与创业导向的关系中,除了人力资源认知、组织资源认知与风险承担性以及人力资源认知与创新性的关系不显著外,其他资源认知维度对创业导向各维度都存在显著正向影响。结果表明,创业导向各维度在资源认知与成长绩效之间的中介效应存在差异:对物质资源认知而言,创新性、超前行动性和风险承担性在其与企业成长绩效之间都起着部分中介作用;对人力资源认知而言,只有创新性和超前行动性在其与企业成长绩效之间的部分中介作用明显;而组织资源认知与企业成长绩效之间只有超前行动性起到部分中介作用。
Based on the theory of entrepreneurial cognition, this paper studies the role of resource availability cognition in enterprise growth performance through entrepreneurial orientation. Through the multiple regression method, the empirical study of 189 corporate samples found that both resource availability cognition and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive impact on firm growth performance. Among all the dimensions of cognition of resource availability and entrepreneurial orientation, Except for human resource cognition, organizational resource cognition and risk commitment, as well as human resource cognition and innovation, the other resource awareness dimensions have a significant positive impact on all dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. The results show that there are differences in the intermediary effects between entrepreneurial-oriented dimensions in resource cognition and growth performance: for the cognition of material resources, innovation, advancement and risk-taking all play their roles in the growth performance of enterprises Part of the intermediary role; for human resource awareness, only the innovative and advanced action in its growth performance with part of the obvious intermediary role between; and organizational resource awareness and business growth performance only between the advance action To part of the intermediary role.
