Whether it is Quanzhou, where traditional labor-intensive industries gather, or Dongguan, where the world’s factories are located, the good signs of industrial transformation and upgrading have begun to emerge. One is a grass-roots start-up, small-scale operation, and a gathering place for traditional industries. One is the capital-intensive factory with well-developed lines and world-class companies - Quanzhou and Dongguan, and two cities in the southeast coast are all the directions for the development of China’s foreign trade.
