本文总结了我院半年中用HOAP方案连续治疗6例急粒的结果。其中完全缓解3例,部分Ⅱ级缓解1例,无效死亡2例。对使用此方案的依据和并发感染问题进行了讨论。
This article summarizes the six months in our hospital with HOAP program for the continuous treatment of 6 cases of acute results. Among them, 3 cases were completely relieved, 1 case was partially relieved and 2 cases were ineffective. The rationale for the use of this protocol and the issue of concurrent infection were discussed.
