教育的目的是为国家培养有用人才,培养立足社会的接班人。要完成这样的教育目标,就要培养创造性的人才。创造性人才的培养,关键是创造性思维的发展和训练。小学是培养人才的基础阶段,在数学教学中,教师应千方百计地训练学生的创造性思维,培养学生的创造能力,为培养创造性人才铺路。
The purpose of education is to train useful talents for the country and train successors based on the society. To accomplish such an education goal, we must cultivate creative talents. The key to the cultivation of creative talents is the development and training of creative thinking. Primary schools are the basic stage of training talents. In mathematics teaching, teachers should do everything possible to train students ’creative thinking, cultivate students’ creative ability and pave the way for cultivating creative talents.
