随着我国经济的迅速发展,社会中涌现出了许多对工作者要求更高的新职业、新岗位。中等职业学校学生在学校学到的技能知识已经不能满足社会的工作需求,职业生涯规划能力的提高能够有效的提升中职学生的职业素养,提高他们的就业竞争力,帮助他们克服学历上与社会地位上的不足,更好的实现自己的价值。本文从中等职业学校学生的职业生涯规划教育现状着手,研究提升中等职业学校学生职业生涯规划能力的策略。
With the rapid economic development in our country, many new jobs and new posts in the society have emerged that require workers more. Secondary vocational school students’ skills knowledge learned in school can no longer meet the needs of society. The improvement of career planning ability can effectively enhance the vocational qualifications of secondary vocational students, enhance their employment competitiveness, and help them overcome their academic and social demands The lack of status, and better realize their own value. This paper starts with the current situation of career planning education for secondary vocational school students and studies the strategies to enhance the career planning ability of secondary vocational school students.
