目的解决固态胺CO2 吸附方案应用到长期载人航天器座舱中所存在的CO2 浓缩与回收问题。方法根据CO2 在固态胺中的吸附与解吸基本原理 ,提出了解决CO2 浓缩与回收的技术途径 ,并设计了浓缩与回收装置。结果研制的浓缩系统能保证浓缩的CO2 平均浓度达到 95%以上 ,CO2 回收率在90 %左右。结论所设计的技术方案满足进入CO2 还原系统的要求。
Objective To solve the problem of CO2 concentration and recovery existing in the long-term manned spacecraft capsule applied to solid amine CO2 adsorption scheme. Methods Based on the basic principle of CO2 adsorption and desorption in solid amine, a technical solution to CO2 concentration and recovery was proposed and a concentration and recovery unit was designed. Results The concentrated system could ensure that the average concentration of CO2 was over 95% and the CO2 recovery was about 90%. Conclusion The technical solutions designed to meet the requirements of entering the CO2 reduction system.
