当前我国医疗纠纷事件越来越多且呈上升趋势,也引发了不少暴力事件,导致医患关系更加紧张,这已经成为影响我国社会主义和谐社会建设的重要因素。这种情况的出现与我国医疗纠纷法律处理机制的不完善有着重要关系。本文基于此目的回顾了我国当前医疗纠纷解决机制存在的一些突出问题,并以次为基础思考关于如何构建合理有效的医疗纠纷解决机制的对策性建议。
At present, there are more and more incidents of medical malpractice in our country and many violent incidents have been triggered. As a result, the doctor-patient relationship has become more tense, which has become an important factor that affects the construction of a harmonious society in our country. The appearance of this kind of situation has an important relation with the imperfect mechanism of legal treatment of medical disputes in our country. Based on this purpose, this article reviews some prominent problems existing in the current medical dispute resolution mechanism in our country, and based on the second, we think about how to construct a reasonable and effective medical dispute resolution mechanism.
