对于我国不动产善意取得制度的适用,学者观点不一。本文通过分析不动产善意取得的理论基础和制度基础,指出不动产善意取得制度在我国物权法中确立的必要性,并对该制度进行了简要地分析。
For the application of China’s real estate bona fide acquisition system, scholars have different opinions. This article points out the necessity of establishing bona fide acquisition of real estate in the Real Right Law of our country through the analysis of the theoretical basis and system basis of bona fide acquisition of real estate, and gives a brief analysis of the system.
