目的探讨本地区围产儿唇腭裂的发生情况及相关因素,为制定适合本地区围产儿唇腭裂发生的孕期干预提供依据。方法回顾性分析2005年1月~2012年12月在嘉善中医医院出生的唇腭裂围产儿资料及相关因素。结果 8年间出生唇腭裂围产儿总数31例,其诊断以出生后诊断为主;总发病率:29.20/万,流动人口(30例)发病率:34.27/万,本地户籍(1例)发病率:5.37/万。流动人口围产儿唇腭裂中男性发病例数为:23例,女性发病例数为:7例,发病率分别为:48.18/万,17.59/万。流动人口围产儿唇腭裂的发生在不同的性别之间差异有显著性;流动人口与本地户籍围产儿唇腭裂发生的差异有显著性。结论流动人口围产儿唇腭裂发生率高,男性高于女性,需加强流动人口的优生优育宣传及孕期保健管理,提高其孕期检查率、产前筛查率和产前诊断率,采取综合措施加强围产儿唇腭裂的三级预防,对降低唇腭裂的发生率,提高整体出生人口质量有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the incidence and related factors of perinatal cleft lip and palate in the local area and provide the basis for the formulation of pregnancy intervention for the occurrence of cleft lip and palate in the area. Methods The data and related factors of perinatal children with cleft lip and palate born in Jiashan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2005 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total number of perinatal children with cleft lip and palate was 31 in 8 years. The diagnosis was mainly postnatal diagnosis. The total morbidity was 29.20 per thousand. The morbidity rate of floating population was 34.27 per thousand. The incidence of local household registration (1 case) : 5.37 / million. Migrants in perinatal children with cleft lip and palate in the incidence of male cases: 23 cases, the incidence of female cases: 7 cases, the incidence rates were: 48.18 / million, 17.59 / million. The floating population perinatal cleft lip and palate occurred in different gender differences were significant; floating population and local household registration perinatal cleft lip and palate were significant differences. Conclusions The incidence of perinatal cleft lip and palate is higher in migrant population than in females. It is necessary to strengthen the prenatal and postnatal care management of migrant population and improve their prenatal screening rate, prenatal screening rate and prenatal diagnosis rate, and take comprehensive measures to strengthen The tertiary prevention of perinatal cleft lip and palate plays an important role in reducing the incidence of cleft lip and palate and improving the overall quality of the born population.
