为传达好全国小学语文教学研究会精神、促进我区小学语文教学的改革,自治区教研室组织出席全国小学语文教学研究会议的同志向全区部分小学语文教师分别作了题为《为改革小学语文教学探索新路》的传达报告。传达的主要内容是:语文教学要大力加强双基教学、培养能力、发展智力;提高语文教学必须把语文教学方法当作一门科学来研究,搞好教学改革的实验,传达中列举了兄弟省、区的大量事例,说明在抓双基教学的同时培养能力,发展智力是语文教学改革的方向。
