外阴白色病变也称外阴营养不良症,主要临床表现为外阴奇痒难忍,局部湿疹样变,病变区变白增厚或变薄,外阴多萎缩。本院用自制外阴白斑油膏治疗外阴白色病变136例,效果良好,介绍如下。处方:白鲜皮60g、V_(B6)3g、V_E8g、V_(AD)160ml、丙酸睾丸酮2g、冰片8g、脲素10g、氢化考的松0.1g、甲硝唑2g、吐温-80液15ml、乙醇适量。制作过程:称取冰片、甲硝唑、脲素分别加适量乙醇,置一个乳钵内研磨,使之溶解,混匀后,加入氢化考的松、V_(B6)白鲜皮及吐温-80后搅匀。另取V_E、V_(AD)、丙酸睾丸酮与上述溶液至乳钵研磨混均匀,制成油色水乳剂(W/D)。用法:使用前用清水将外阴洗净,每日涂抹一次,6
