一、提高认识,加强领导我们感到,在以学员为主体的学校,获取优良的教学质量必须以优良的秩序为基础,优良的秩序又来自于严格的管理,而严格的管理又主要是对人的管理。为此,我们以加强对人,特别对学员的管理为核心,确定了加强“三风”(学风、教风、校风)建设的管理路子。在此基础上,我们采取了如下措施:1.从组织上加强领导。为了发挥党委班子的政治核心作用,给教务党支部和学员党支部配备了专职支部书记,各系部配备了兼职书记,使管理工作有了强有力的政治保证。2.落实管理责任,层层有人抓。我们建立了校长负责制,各级领导分工负责,层层负责的管理体系,同时还成立了校管理委员会,管委会有三分之一是教师和工人代表参加,来决策学院的大政方针,研究学院的整体规划、改革方案和学院管理措施的制定。从而为加强管理创造了先决条件。3.建立相适应的管理程序。为保证教学活动在实现高质量的过程中加速进行,在几年的调整实践中,逐步形成了比较适合我校目前规
