In order to investigate the effect of Diagu Jiegu Tablets on experimental fracture healing, 56 six-month-old New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into model group, high-dose group of orthopaedic tablets, low-dose group of orthopaedic tablets, and bone grafting tablets of traumatic bone. Control group 4 groups, 14 in each group. Each group of experimental animals was randomly divided into a pre-execution subgroup and a post-exercise subgroup, 7 in each subgroup. All rabbits underwent bilateral tibial bone defect surgery. On the 2nd day after the start of administration, continuous administration to the first 2 days after the operation, each subgroup was sacrificed in the early stage to determine the bone histomorphometric indexes of the tibial fracture end; and then continued to administer each group to 42d after the operation. Subgroups of animals were sacrificed in the mid-term to determine the bone histomorphometric indicators of tibial fractures. The results showed that smashed bone graft can significantly promote fracture healing in rabbits.
