Quality management is the key to an enterprise in an invincible position in the fierce market competition and a powerful measure for the sustainable development of an enterprise. This paper takes Taian Baichuan Paper Co., Ltd. as an example to briefly discuss the important role of quality management in the sustainable development of papermaking enterprises.
