工具显微镜的设计制造和检定调修中重要的一项,就是如何使立柱回摆轴线;顶尖轴线;下照明光轴轴线三者在空间正交(图1)。只要其中任一线对于另一轴线不正交,都会影响仪器的测量精度。在工具显微镜上用影象法或光波干涉法测量螺纹时,显微镜立柱将左(右)摆动一定角度ω(ω为螺旋升角)。若此时立柱回摆轴线不与顶尖轴线垂直(图2),而有夹角θ存在,那么立柱在图二中Z平面上的转角应为立柱在H平面内转角ω在Z平面上的投影ω′。
