乍浦港的建设与发展对长江三角洲,特别是对杭州湾北岸地区包括浦东的开发与发展具有重要意义。乍浦港将发展成为长江三角洲重要的能源与商贸深水港乏一,结合长江三角洲地区港口总体布局规划,“乍浦港建设与发展前景研究”已列为1993年国家重点软科学研究项目,本文是课组对乍浦港的看法,供参考。
