我国草莓品种资源丰富,远在四五百年前,苏皖一带即开始栽培黄花野生草莓,野生草莓资源广泛分布于我国东北、西北、西南地区。然而,目前生产上所应用的草莓栽培品种多是近百年来先后自欧、美、日等国家引入的。全国主要产区草莓栽培实践表明,不同生态地区来源的品种在各地反应不完全相同,品种的适应性、抗逆性、丰产性、品质等皆有很大差异,利用价值也不尽一致。因此,必须广泛地收集草莓品种资源进行鉴定,从中选出适于我国不同地区风土条件下生长的优良品种资源,或具有某些独特性状的品种资源,以便选育我国自己的新品种,丰富原有的品种资源。
Strawberry varieties are rich in resources in our country. Far four to five years ago, wild strawberry was cultivated in the areas of Jiangsu and Anhui. Wild strawberry resources were widely distributed in the northeast, northwest and southwest of China. However, the strawberry cultivars currently used in production are mostly imported from Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries in the recent one hundred years. Strawberry cultivation practices in major producing areas across the country have shown that varieties from different ecologically-derived regions do not respond exactly the same throughout the world. The adaptability, stress resistance, high yield, and quality of the cultivars are all very different, and the values of their utilization are not all the same. Therefore, it is necessary to extensively collect the strawberry variety resources for identification and select the best variety resources suitable for growing under the terroir in different regions of our country or the varieties with some unique traits, in order to breed our own new varieties and enrich the original Some varieties of resources.
