患者女性,35岁,农民。诊断为风湿性心脏病,二尖瓣狭窄合并主动脉瓣关闭不全,心功能IV级。于1992年7月8日行经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术。手术顺利,仅扩张瓣口时出现短阵室性心动过速,停止操作后消失。术毕将导管、导丝全部退出体外。压迫穿刺点止血时,为中和术中所用肝素,缓慢静脉注射(简称静注)鱼精蛋白与生理盐水混合液(50mg鱼精蛋白加入10ml生理盐水)8ml,于5分钟内注入约25mg鱼清蛋白。患者突然出现胸闷,头昏,随之意识丧失,四肢抽搐,血压0/0kPa。心电图示窦性停搏,
