本文研究采用全自动网织红细胞计数仪(R2000系统,TOA医学电子公司).使用荧光染料金胺O(AO)结合于网织红细胞中的RNA,根据它们的荧光强度分出高、中、低三个等级(HFR、MFR、LFR),显示从幼稚到成熟各亚群的百分数。作者试图通过网织红细胞计数及成熟参数的检测,观察全血细胞减少症中不同疾病的差异。对象:正常对照292例,(男186,女106),再障67例z,各种恶性肿瘤骨髓浸润69例,脾亢35例,恶性贫血所致巨幼红细胞型贫血13例。年龄10~81岁,男女之比为121:63。全部病例均经骨髓细胞形态学检查和确诊所需的必要试验,包括特殊细胞化学和免疫细胞化学染
