社会对高技能人才的迫切需求及国家政策的大力支持为高职院校的发展带来了前所未有的良好契机。然而,在决定办学成功与否的重要因素——师资建设方面,我国高职院校却普遍存在着一些误区。本文以高职院校师资的规格为切入点,探讨我国高职院校师资队伍建设方面现存的误区、分析其成因并提出建议。
The urgent need of highly skilled personnel in society and the vigorous support of national policies have brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of higher vocational colleges. However, there are some misunderstandings in the higher vocational colleges in our country, which are the important factors that determine the success of running a school - teachers. This article takes the specifications of teachers in higher vocational colleges as an entry point, probes into the existing errors in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in our country, analyzes its causes and puts forward suggestions.
