随着我国教育事业的快速发展,高校工会组织的权威性逐渐提高,做好高校工会的思想政治工作,对于高校教育氛围的优化有积极作用。在高校的日常工作中,工会思想政治工作占有较高地位,工会思想政治工作的内涵要多于普通的思想政治工作。增强高校工会思想政治工作的实效性,更好地为学校师生服务,才能体会工会价值。本文以如何增强高校工会思想政治工作实效性为主题,展开了一系列的探讨与分析。
With the rapid development of education in our country, the authority of trade unions in colleges and universities has been gradually improved. Ideological and political work in trade unions in colleges and universities has played a positive role in optimizing the atmosphere of higher education. In the daily work of colleges and universities, the ideological and political work of trade unions occupies a higher position, and the connotation of ideological and political work in unions is more than that of ordinary ideological and political work. To enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work of trade unions in colleges and universities and to better serve teachers and students in schools, can we appreciate the value of trade unions. This article has carried on a series of discussions and analyzes with the theme of how to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in trade unions in colleges and universities.
