针对深海绞车收放带缆存在张力过大而产生嵌缆、夹缆和乱缆等问题,提出了一种驱动滑轮的减张力装置,该装置通过张力释放实现绞车低张力卷缆。在阐述减张力装置作用原理的基础上,结合滑轮结构不同布放形式,研究了带缆与驱动轮之间的减张力关系特性,重点分析了张力与滑轮摩擦包角、滑轮个数等参数间的影响关系。通过理论计算与实验数据的对比分析,验证了该装置减张力实际作用效果;此装置的实用性,为深海绞车提供关键技术支撑。
In order to solve the problems of over-tensioning of cable and retractable cable in deep-sea winch, cable tension-reducing device is proposed in this paper.
