近年来,伴随着“社区建设热”的兴起,城市管理重心下移成为一种趋势。社区居委会的“重要性”彰显出来。过去由政府、企事业单位承担的多种社会职能,被逐步剥离出来,“移交”给社区居委会,让“屋没几间,人没几个”的居委会苦不堪言。日前,济南市振兴街办事处丁字山社区居委会主任盛莉向记者的一番“实话实说”,道出了居委会的种种尴尬。
