以青花菜(Brassica oleracea var.italica)显性细胞核雄性不育系‘DGMS8554’和细胞质雄性不育系‘CMS8554’为试材,研究不同整枝方式对两类不育系留种植株开花结实特性的影响。结果表明:‘DGMS8554’的显球、开花和结荚时间较‘CMS8554’分别早4~5 d、3~4 d和3~6 d,授粉后7~9 d显荚,从结荚到种子褐变45~47 d,由褐变到收获9~11 d;‘DGMS8554’和‘CMS8554’的最佳处理方式分别为主花球上留3个侧球和4个侧球。‘DGMS8554’去除主花球后产生的侧花球能正常开花结实,花期较不去主花球植株晚10~14 d,种子收获期晚10~13 d,显球7 d后去除主花球的种株的单株产籽量和发芽率最大,分别为8.11 g和97.32%,为最优处理;‘CMS8554’去除主花球后产生的侧枝不能正常开花结实。
The dominant male sterile line ’DGMS8554’ and cytoplasmic male sterile line CMS8554 in Brassica oleracea var.italica were used as materials to study the effects of different pruning methods on the flowering and fruiting characteristics of two kinds of sterile plants influences. The results showed that the time of flowering and podding of ’DGMS8554’ was 4 ~ 5 d, 3 ~ 4 d and 3 ~ 6 d earlier than that of ’CMS8554’ respectively. From pods to seeds Browning 45 ~ 47 d, from browning to harvest 9 ~ 11 d; ’DGMS8554’ and ’CMS8554’ the best way to deal with the main flower ball left 3 side ball and 4 side ball. ’DGMS8554’ produced the lateral flower ball after the main flower ball can flowering and fruiting normally, the flowering is less than the main flower ball plant late 10 ~ 14 d, the harvest of seeds 10 ~ 13 d, 7 d after the ball was removed the main flower ball The seed yield and germination rate were the highest, which were 8.11 g and 97.32% respectively, which was the best treatment. The collateral produced after removal of main flower ball of ’CMS8554’ could not flowering and fruiting normally.
