用荧光分光光度法测定了六味地黄汤中六味药材及煎剂,五种不同配伍的煎剂和全方煎剂的硒含量。结果表明,地黄对硒具有富集作用。硒在各药材通煎液中的溶出率约为30～40%。
Fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to determine the selenium content of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and its five decoctions and decoctions. The results showed that dioscorea has an enrichment effect on selenium. The dissolution rate of selenium in each medicinal decoction is about 30-40%.
