从致瘤农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)的15个菌系中筛选出7个对大豆致瘤效果较好的菌系。找出了大豆结瘤较好的条件。对野生大豆(Glycine soja)、半野生大豆(G.gracilis)和栽培大豆(G.max)的1553个基因型做了引瘤实验,从中筛选出94个结瘤基因型。从瘤组织中诱导出脱菌的愈伤组织。生化鉴定证明,上述瘤来源的愈伤组织中有一部分含有胭脂碱。它们分属于野生大豆、半野生大豆和栽培大豆。成功地实现了基因转移。
Seven of the 15 bacterial strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens were screened for their better tumorigenicity against soybean. Identify the better conditions for soybean nodulation. A total of 1553 genotypes of Glycine soja, G.gracilis and G.max were screened out and 94 nodule genotypes were screened out. Extracted callus is induced from the tumor tissue. Biochemical identification proves that some of the above callus derived from the tumor contains nopaline. They belong to wild soybeans, semi-wild soybeans and cultivated soybeans. Successfully achieved gene transfer.
