长江中下游脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇禾谷镰刀菌的分布

我国于60年代起在徐达道教授主持下,对赤霉病麦的中毒症进行了研究;70年代我所对长江中下游赤霉病的病菌种类和分布进行了调查,确定禾谷镰刀菌是优势病原菌;80年代对禾谷镰刀菌在固体和液体培养下,产生脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(Deoxy—nivalenol,以下简称DON)的条件进行了研究,阐明了适宜的产毒温度和产毒时间。但至今尚未见有夫禾谷镰刀菌产生脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇地域分布的报告,为此本文对不同地区的禾谷镰刀菌产毒性,以及产毒的范围进行了初步研究。

In the 1960s, under the auspices of Professor Xu Da -dao, the research on the toxicosis of wheat head blight was carried out. In the 1970s, we investigated the species and distribution of the pathogen of head blight in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and determined that Fusarium graminearum is the dominant Pathogen; In the 80’s, the conditions of producing deoxy-nivalenol (DON) in Fusarium graminearum under solid and liquid culture were studied, and the suitable temperature and time for producing virus . However, up to now, no report has been made on the geographical distribution of Fusarium oxysporum fusarium graminearum produced by Fusarium graminearum. To this end, the preliminary studies on the toxicity of Fusarium graminearum in different regions and the range of producing toxins were carried out.
