Enterprise Crisis Management is the most important stage in an enterprise’s crisis management system. Enterprises must quickly formulate the main objectives of crisis management and implement the principles of corporate crisis management so as to ensure that enterprises can step out of the shadow of crisis and resume normal business operation as soon as possible.
