美国心理学家威廉·詹姆斯有句名言:“人性最深刻的共性就是希望别人对自己加以赏识。”詹姆斯还发现,一个没有受过激励的人仅能发挥其能力的20%~30%,而受过激励后,其能力是激励前的3~4倍。任何一个从教者,应该积极为孩子搭建一个展示自我的平台,发现他们的闪光点,有策略地指出他们的缺点,赏批分明,这样才能培养他们健康的人格,挖掘他们多方面的潜能。
