本文报道了在一些ZnS:Mn交流薄膜电致发光器件中观察到了双光脉冲现象。指出当外加脉冲电压截止时,第二个光脉冲可能是由于阳极边半导体-绝缘层界面处的电子,在极化场的单独作用下隧穿发射所引起的。
This paper reports the double light pulse phenomenon observed in some ZnS: Mn thin film electroluminescent devices. It is pointed out that when the applied pulse voltage is cut off, the second light pulse may be due to the tunneling emission caused by the action of the polarization field alone at the semiconductor-insulator interface of the anode.
