采用放射免疫法(RIA)检测52例动脉粥样硬化患者血浆中血栓素(TXB_2)与6—酮—前列腺素(6—Keto—PGF_(1a))的含量,结果表明:与对照组比较,二者均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。揭示:TXA_2与PGI_2的平衡失调,对动脉粥样硬化形成可能起了重要作用,而微量元素锌的不足又和TXA_2与PGI_2的平衡失调密切相关。
The levels of thromboxane (TXB_2) and 6-Keto-PGF (1a) in 52 patients with atherosclerosis were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results showed that compared with the control group, Both had significant difference (P <0.01). Revealed that imbalance of TXA_2 and PGI_2 may play an important role in the formation of atherosclerosis, and the deficiency of trace element zinc is closely related to the imbalance of TXA_2 and PGI_2.
