目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-Ⅸ(HIF-1α)及血管生成素-2(Ang-2)在喉癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测52例喉癌组织和10例正常喉组织中HIF-1α、Ang-2蛋白的表达。结果:HIF-1α和Ang-2蛋白在喉癌组织和正常喉组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);HIF-1α蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄、分化程度无关(均P>0.05);Ang-2蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P<0.01或P<0.05),而患者的性别、年龄对其表达无明显影响(均P>0.05);HIF-1α和Ang-2蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.607,P<0.01)。结论:HIF-1α和Ang-2蛋白在喉癌组织中的高表达,可能与肿瘤的生长、浸润及转移有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-9 (HIF-1α) and angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: The expressions of HIF-1α and Ang-2 in 52 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal laryngeal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expressions of HIF-1α and Ang-2 protein in laryngeal carcinoma and normal laryngeal tissue were significantly different (all P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α in laryngeal carcinoma was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with the gender, age and differentiation of patients (all P> 0.05). The expression of Ang-2 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and differentiation (P < 0.01 or P <0.05). However, the gender and age had no significant effect on the expression of HIF-1α and Ang-2 protein in the laryngeal carcinoma (r = 0.607, P < 0.01). Conclusion: The high expression of HIF-1α and Ang-2 protein in laryngeal carcinoma may be closely related to tumor growth, invasion and metastasis.
