学生是学校文化建设成果的体现者和享用人,因此,学校文化建设的着眼点要体现在学生身上。如何提高学校文化建设的效果,笔者经过实践探索,认为最有效的学校文化建设的策略之一,是提高学生自我教育的能力,让学生学会自我教育。教育是由自我教育和他人教育组成的,而真正有效的教育是通过自我教育实现的。自我教育是指在学校教育中,教师充分发挥学生的主体作用,调动学生自我教育的积极性和自觉
Students are the embodiment and enjoyment of the achievements of school culture construction. Therefore, the focus of school culture construction should be embodied in the students. How to improve the effect of school cultural construction, the author through practical exploration, that one of the most effective strategy of school culture is to improve students’ ability to self-education, so that students learn to self-education. Education is made up of self-education and education of others, and truly effective education is achieved through self-education.
