文章对工学结合模式中学生的法律地位进行定性,同时借鉴德国的职业教育合同提出我国工学结合模式的法律保护并对其可行性进行量化分析。
In this paper, the legal status of students in the combination of work and study is qualitatively analyzed. At the same time, the legal protection of the combination of work and study in our country is proposed based on the German vocational education contract and its feasibility is quantified and analyzed.
