自1949年 Hench 发表应用促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及考的松(Cortisone)治疗类风湿性关节炎和风湿病以后,皮质激素在临床上的应用逐渐广泛起来。近年在达种激素的治疗过程中,国内外常有诱发体内原有结核病的恶化,发展成为无反应性结核的病例及动物实验的报导。在国内文献中,多属临床病案报告,尚缺乏病理材料的研究,我们在最近尸检中,收集到二例,报告如下。
