基础教育正迈向个性化办学时代。有专家指出,当前基础教育内部面临人的自由发展和人的社会化之间、统一的基本素养要求与个体差异之间等突出矛盾,求解这些矛盾传递出基础教育改革发展的一个重要信号:因应人的个性化发展需要进行个性化办学的时代已然来临。事实上,个性化办学是学校教育的本质规律,也是因应时代呼唤的一种学校发展策略。置身个性化时代,走过了规范化办学、有特色办学阶段的我国基础教育,怎样打破“千校一面”的“同质化办学”现状,呈现五彩缤纷的教育生态图景?走向个性化办学、培育个性化学校,无疑是描绘这一图景的必由之路。
Basic education is moving towards an era of personalized education. Some experts pointed out that at present, fundamental contradictions such as the unification of basic literacy requirements and individual differences between the free development of human beings and the socialization of human beings are faced within the current basic education. An important signal to solve these contradictions is that the basic education reform and development have been transmitted. Correspondingly, Personalized development of people need to run personalized education era has arrived. In fact, individualized school running is the essence of school education and also a school development strategy called for by the times. In the era of individualization, we have walked through basic education in our country with standardized running of schools and distinctive stages of running schools, how to break the status quo of “homogenizing schools” in “one school of thousands of schools” and presenting a colorful educational ecological landscape? Running schools and nurturing personalized schools are undoubtedly the only way to describe this picture.
