卧式十字形四向冲孔机,一次能冲出四种不同产品的孔眼,经长期使用证明其性能可靠、易于操作,前后左右四个方向可同时工作,并且互不妨碍。该机结构简单,由电机带动皮带轮曲轴(或偏心轮),通过连杆17传递给驱动锥1作上下运动,经过滚轮2改变成水平方向运动。滑动杆3的底面是平的,它与U形套5的底面在同一平面上。冲头9镶在冲头固定板8上,固定板又镶在滑动杆3上,当把工件放入凸凹模之间时便可以冲孔。

The machine has a simple structure. The motor drives the crankshaft (or eccentric wheel) of the pulley and transmits it to the driving cone 1 through the connecting rod 17 for up and down movement, and changes to a horizontal direction through the roller 2. The bottom surface of the slide bar 3 is flat, which is on the same plane as the bottom surface of the U-shaped sleeve 5. The punch 9 is mounted on the punch fixing plate 8, which is in turn mounted on the sliding rod 3, so that the workpiece can be punched when it is placed between the punch and the die.
