镍在国民经济中占有重要地位。镍冶炼工肺癌高发国外已有许多研究报道,我国镍精炼工肺癌死亡超量也已经证实。在镍冶炼生产中,有多种污染物共存于车间空气中,如铜、钴、多环芳烃等。它们对镍工肺癌发病的作用如何,是值得深入研究的课题。据此,我们进行了硫酸铜诱发细胞形态学转化作用、铜与镍联合作用下致细胞形态学转化作用的实验研究,为探讨铜在镍致肺癌中的作用提供科学资料。结果,硫酸铜本身没有致SHE细胞发生形态学转化,硫酸铜与硫酸镍同时或先后染毒时既没有与镍有致形态转化的协同作用,也没有促进镍所启动的SHE细胞形态学转化过程。认为,铜没有起促癌物的作用。本实验研究结果,对于铜在镍致肺癌中可能起某种作用的流行病学迹象没有给于支持。
Nickel occupies an important position in the national economy. Nickel smelting high incidence of lung cancer abroad, there are many studies have reported that China’s nickel refining lung cancer deaths have also been proven excess. In nickel smelting production, a variety of pollutants coexist in the workshop air, such as copper, cobalt, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and so on. Their role in the incidence of nickel lung cancer, it is worth studying in depth. Accordingly, we conducted a copper sulfate-induced cell morphological transformation, copper and nickel combined effect of cell morphological transformation of experimental study, to explore the role of copper in nickel-induced lung cancer to provide scientific information. As a result, the copper sulfate itself did not cause morphological transformation of SHE cells. Simultaneously or sequentially with copper sulfate and nickel sulfate, there was neither synergistic effect of morphological transformation with nickel nor promotion of morphological transformation of SHE cells initiated by nickel. Think, copper does not play a role of carcinogen. The results of this study did not give any support for the epidemiological evidence that copper may play a role in lung cancer caused by nickel.
