本试验通过对不同的基本培养基、激素配比及基因型材料进行试验。结果表明,不同的基本培养基对花药培养效率有明显差异。M_8培养基的愈伤组织诱导率略高于N_6培养基,绿苗分化率则明显高于N_6培养基。不同的激素配比,其效应各异,M_8培养基中添加了2,4-D2mg/L、KT4mg/L和NAA3mg/L的培养基,较适合于水稻花药培养。不同遗传差异的材料是影响愈伤组织诱导、分化的重要因素。不同组合的愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率差异较大。其中零轮/温266、48—2/T984和48—2/零轮等组合的愈伤组织诱导率、绿苗分化率较高,10—35/pecos最低。
This experiment through the different basic medium, hormone ratio and genotype materials were tested. The results showed that there were significant differences in anther culture efficiency among different basic media. The callus induction rate of M_8 medium was slightly higher than that of N_6 medium, and the differentiation rate of green plantlets was significantly higher than that of N_6 medium. The effect of different hormones was different. M_8 medium supplemented with 2,4-D2mg / L, KT4mg / L and NAA3mg / L was more suitable for rice anther culture. Different genetic differences in the material is an important factor in callus induction, differentiation. Different combinations of callus induction rate and differentiation rate of green seedlings are quite different. Among them, callus induction rate of combination of zero round / temperature 266,48-2 / T984 and 48-2 / zero round was higher, the rate of green plantlet differentiation was higher and the lowest was 10-35 / pecos.
