病毒性肝炎(简称“病肝”)是由多种肝炎病毒引起的以肝脏病变为主的一种传染病。病原学分型,目前已被公认的有甲、乙、丙、丁、戊五种肝炎病毒。近年来,长丰县病肝病例报告数一直居高不下,且呈现缓慢增长的趋势,主要的分型是乙肝和丙肝,报告发病率是否反映实际的发病水平,值得开展相关的调查研究。现行《法定报告传染病诊断标准》(简称“诊断标准”)已经实施六年多,但各级医疗机构临床医生对病肝诊断和报告标准的掌握
Viral hepatitis (referred to as “liver disease”) is caused by a variety of hepatitis viruses to liver disease-based infectious diseases. Etiological typing, has now been recognized as A, B, C, D, E five kinds of hepatitis virus.
