1病例报告患者男,45岁。因被生锈铁钉扎伤来我门诊部就诊。伤口清创包扎后,给予破伤风抗毒素1500U脱敏注射。注射后观察30min无不良反应,患者自行离开。7天后,注射部位出现红肿、瘙痒,遂再次就诊。查体:体温36.8℃,心率72/min,血压110/80mmHg,4个注射部位均可见一圆形红斑,直径约4cm,
1 case report Male patient, 45 years old. I was diagnosed by a rusty nail. After wound debridement, tetanus antitoxin 1500U desensitized injection was given. No adverse reactions observed 30min after injection, patients leave on their own. After 7 days, the injection site appears redness, itching, then again treatment.
