以细晶高强IF钢为研究对象,运用型号为AG-IS 100KN高温拉伸试验机测定温度为650~1 100℃区间内高温拉伸性能,型号为AG-IS 100KN低温拉伸试验机测定温度为-20~-60℃的区间内低温拉伸性能。结果表明:在650~900℃区间内,材料的强度从121 MPa降到19 MPa;但在900~950℃因出现两相区,强度反而随温度的升高而升高,从19 MPa升到59 MPa;950~1 100℃区间内,强度又从59 MPa降到26 MPa,降低幅度较小;在低温区间内,材料的强度随温度的降低大约升高了30MPa,塑性伸长率降低了1.5%,硬化指数n略有增加,从0.232增加到0.242。
The fine-grained high-strength IF steel was taken as the research object. The tensile test was carried out at a temperature of 650-1 100 ℃ using AG-IS 100KN high temperature tensile testing machine. The model was AG-IS 100KN low temperature tensile testing machine. -20 ~ -60 ℃ range of low-temperature tensile properties. The results show that the strength of the material decreases from 121 MPa to 19 MPa at 650-900 ° C. However, at 900-950 ° C, the strength of the material increases with increasing temperature from 19 MPa to 59 MPa; in the range of 950 ~ 1 100 ℃, the strength decreased from 59 MPa to 26 MPa, and the decrease range was small. In the low temperature range, the strength of the material increased by about 30 MPa with the decrease of temperature, and the plastic elongation decreased 1.5%, hardening index n increased slightly, from 0.232 to 0.242.
