几年来,各部队组织连抢救组参加连的战术训练的次数较少,有些部队甚至还没有组织过,这就使连卫生员的战场救护本领过不了硬。为什么对组织这类的训练不能普遍开展呢?据部队干部反映有两个困难不好解决:一是营、团卫生分队的人数少,日常工作忙,抽不出干部到连队去抓训练工作;一是连队战术训练抓得紧,在时间上强调人头落实,抽不出人组织抢救组。根据到两个部队组织连抢救组训练的情况来看,这两个困难都是可以克服的。其克服的办法是:首先,师、团两级卫勤领导干部要重视,要积极地下去抓训练工作,妥善地解决日常工作
